At KenzNuts, we take pride in delivering high-quality, freshly packed products. However, if you face any issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return, exchange, and refund terms below.
1. Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 5-day exchange or return policy, which means you can request a replacement or return within 5 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@kenznuts.com with your order details and reason for the request.
2. Eligibility for Exchange/Return
To qualify for an exchange or return:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

You must provide the invoice during pickup

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible
Returns/Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

The product was damaged during delivery or you received the wrong item

The seal was broken at the time of delivery

The product had expired before reaching you
Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup from the same delivery address and share the expected pickup date with you.
3. Replacement Timeline
If your return is approved for an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.
4. Delivery Discrepancies
For any delivery-related issues (e.g., missing items or wrong delivery), please contact us within 48 hours after the order is marked as delivered.
5. Order Cancellation

You may request an order cancellation only before the product has been shipped.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.

If cancellation is accepted, you will receive a full refund.

KenzNuts reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing or informational errors, or issues with customer payment or address verification.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you regarding refund approval status.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account
