1. Order Processing

Most of our products are prepared fresh to order. This means we begin processing your items only after receiving your confirmed order.

  • Typical processing time: 1–2 business days

  • Once prepared, orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days from our warehouse.


2. Delivery Timelines

Our trusted courier partners deliver orders Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

  • Sundays and public holidays are considered non-working days.

  • While we strive for timely delivery, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, logistical delays, or strikes.


3. Shipping Address

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate postal address, including:

  • PIN code

  • Contact number

  • Email ID

Incomplete or incorrect addresses may delay delivery or result in order cancellation. Double-check your details before confirming your order.


4. Tracking Information

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email to monitor your shipment in real time.

  • Please allow a few hours after dispatch for the tracking link to become active.
